Keeping fingers on the pulse of the industry, the community, and government regulators, Dugré has led CARP Growers‘ successful community outreach and education programs to build an understanding about the new commercial crop, who grows it, and how to build lasting partnerships through transparency and mutual respect. He serves on the boards of Girls Inc. of Carpinteria and Carpinteria Family School and is co-founder of Two Trumpets Communications, an outreach and strategic communications agency in Carpinteria, Calif.
The mission of CARP Growers is to foster a positive relationship with the community of Carpinteria while highlighting the benefits and quality of responsibly farmed cannabis in the Santa Barbara Coast growing region. CARP Growers’ 10 member farms all produce consistent, quality cannabis for the California market. Coastal Santa Barbara Cannabis is sustainably grown on greenhouse farms under the Carpinteria Valley sun and steeped in the ocean air and a culture of horticultural excellence.
